Rates: "Purina Room" (sleeps 2) 80$/night
"The Barn" (sleeps up to 4) 100$/night
There is no additional charge for 1 horse staying with guests in either Guest Suite. Additional stalls are 8$/night.
Trailers with living quarters are welcome for 25$/night.(We do not have a graywater/cleanout area available, but can supply water/electricity). Stalls are available at 8$/night.
Horse Stalls only (no people guests) are available for 10$/night.

*Hay & feed are not included in the above rates, but can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
*We support training with kindness! Ask about our discounts given if you are headed to a "horse friendly" training event (ie- Pat Parelli, John Lyons, Clinton Anderson, etc)
*Dogs and other small pets are invited to stay for free, but we ask that you are able to show proof of current vaccinations,that your pets are free of fleas/ticks, and that they are treated for them preventatively (ie. with Advantage, Revolution, etc). All of our dogs and cats living on the premise are treated preventatively, but fleas and ticks do exist in the country. Any damage or destruction to the guest rooms will be the guest's financial responsibility. Likewise, if your dog/cat shows signs of flea infestation, we will charge additionally (10$) for treating your guest room after you are gone. We will be happy to provide a dose (fee dependant on size of animal treated)of Advantage or Capstar for your pet if you'd like upon your arrival.

Directions
From Dallas/ I20: North on HWY 75, thru McKinney.
Take exit 48 (Marked as Anna-Weston exit).Turn right on FM455. Continue thru
the intersection of FM455 and HWY 5, staying on FM455. Drive approximately 3+
miles on FM455. Turn left on Sheffield Drive. We are located approximately ½
mile down Sheffield Drive on the right hand side. There is a sign over our entrance.
From Gainesville/ I35: Take HWY 82 east to Sherman (approximately
31 miles). Go south on HWY 75, approximately 23 miles. Take exit #48 (Marked
as Anna-Weston exit). Turn left onto FM455. Continue thru the intersection of
FM455 and HWY 5, staying on FM455. Drive approximately 3+ miles on FM455. Turn
left on Sheffield Drive. We are located approximately ½ mile down Sheffield
Drive on the right hand side. There is a sign over our entrance
